Fatty recepies

Going up to camp for a work weekend with 8 guys. We want to have the best fatties of our lives besides the angels at the Sunoco. Who has the best???????

Well what recepie would you recommend us doing? We were thinking the ever popular bacon explosion and a pizza one

Some of my favorites are:

Pizza fatty with sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, black olives, pepperoni, and bananna peppers.

Fatty with jalepeno peppers, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and rib rub sprinkled in it.

Mexican fatty with chorizo and ground venison, ancho chilies, shredded pepperjack and kolby cheese, sprinkled with taco seasoning and extra cumin.

Cheeseburger fatty with american cheese ground meat, onions, and bacon.

My next one I am going to try is a White castle fatty.....:D

Spread a liberal coating of terriyaki glaze, add pinapple rings, more glaze and roll it up. Also apple stuffing is good too.

Hey Firemedic...do you have any AEDs that we can borrow for camp. I don't know if marco or i will steal them from downtown or my wife from WBH troy.

How did you know that I am an absolute WC fan. I chose my house by the fact that i am no more than 2mi away from a WC in any direction. I would actually be tempted to make that fatty up there. Maybe for bow/rifle

On the smokingmeatforums.com there was a guy named Porky that posted about different fatties he did the double cheese burger with extra shredded cheddar in it. Post was from 2007. Love to hear if anyone has done the others. Especially a Jalepeno cheese one....hmmmmmmmm

I have`nt done those but one that goes good with us is a roll of Bob Evans Italian sausage with green peppers, onions and pepper jack cheese wrapped in bacon, No complaints yet. Mike

We have 12 AED's here, but they are all in service with 1 spare.:lol: Healthy no, but damn good!

The pizza fatty turned out great. Absolutely fantabulous. I think the fact that we had the bacon explosion fatty along with the pizza one plus a back strap wraped in bacon plus a venison and an antelope straps sliced and grilled over a nice camp fire took 10 yrs off of our lives. Cholesterol wise.
