Well, my gas grill is all but shot. it might have a little life left in it, but not a ton. By the time I repalce all the parts needed, it will be almost as much as buying a new one.
Sooooooo, I am moving to coal/wood. One jsut like this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10854137
Any suggestions on learning to cook with the coal? I have been gas most my life. Also, any suggestions on how to best vent one of these for smoking or slow cooking by building a fire on the small side and placing the meat in the other?
