Looking at the weather report and feeling the need to take a day to recharge the battery I took Wed off to fish with Big Bob out on St Clair. We started out of Metro on Bobs rig headed to Ginos

The first stop was in 9' of water very dirty could not use the underwater camera because water was like mud. Wind was out of the South east and gave some security for crossing those non working cracks. We gave this spot around 40 min then Bob said lets head over to Ginos. We headed to the other side of Ginos by the rocks and the working Crack. You could see it run from Ginos almost to the rocks.
We set up around 20 yards from the crack in 8' of water. The weather was perfect and the wind was blowing in the right direction. We started to catch fish not large but big enough to get a filet out of. It wasn't too long and Mike the Elder stopped by dropped a line and caught a Jumbo.

Big Bob was tending the TipDowns and working the jigging stick.

The weather was nice enough to leave the door open from 8:00am until we left at around 5:00.

Have a pic of some of the fish. Not as big as we would like but enough action to keep us out there all day. I can't thank Bob enough for taking me out today to catch some Perch.

I hope you all get a chance to get out before this ice season is over, enjoy.
