I found this pattern online a few days ago. I liked it so started to tie a few up for this spring.
Tail: Wood duck flank
Abdomen: Ostrich heril with wire rib
Thorax: Peacock heril
Wingcase and legs: Crystal flash (original called for gold but I'm using red) tied under pheasant tail.
When you tie in the crystal flash sweep the ends back to either side of the head, then tie in the PT. Once you whip finish the head trim the flash ends to the back of the thorax, they will stick out like legs.

One more thing, the original called for a bead head but I like the cone better.
