Sounds like the afternoon bite was better than the am... only managed 7 over 8".

I spent too much time in tight before I went out to the 8 FOW... water was clearer and the fishing was better out there...even if 80% of them were dinks.

The ice was fine once u got out there... i walked out of crocker (.65 miles) but u need to keep an eye on the 2nd crack..It working big time.

Had a guy on a motorcycle come in from the lake and used my phone to call his wife to come get him after he crossed it....said he wasnt doing that again. Said hes been riding all year out there and it has really gotten bad the last 2 days in front of the launch...

With the warm temps coming up, I sure wouldnt be out there with a NW or NNW wind...its not going to take much to get that berg out of there.

Not sure about the crocker side, but on the lake side the crack runs right across the front of it tight to the seawall.

That whole corner looked real shaky when I walked out in the morning so I stayed away from it...
