Ended up with about 15 or so and a couple pumpkineeds....nothing huge, all about 8's.


Started out on some old #s in 8 FOW.....nothing coming by at all... Moved 1/4 south and landed in dinkville.

Moved into 6 1/2FOW and had a pretty steady parade of fish coming by.... no real fatties.

Highlight of the day was some shanty surfing....probably had a good 4 or 500' ride!! Not nearly as exciting as the 1st time u do it, but its still fun!!...

Talked to 5 or 6 other groups and the only good thing was the panfish were snapping .... convict fish seemed hard to find.

Sounded like our day yesterday in the same area. A few 9-10s and some 7-8s. We did lose 2 slobs at the hole!

I went to Ginos today and did pretty good. Landed 20 keepers none under 8 and landed a hog. Water was clear down til last foot.

I fished the Marina for gills or sunnys, didin't get anything but dink perch.

Fished to 8 to 6 to 5 fow and between 8 and 5 was the ticket :) Ice was good but she was a talkin. Heres a pic

we saw someone making a run for his shanty at ginos on sunday except he only had to go about 75' for his. funny none the less until it happenes to yourself. :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

good to here the numbers are starting to grow. nice catch by the way. I am going to try and get out wed. hopefully I can finally bring home a good numbered catch also.

I didnt have to chase it thank god....It was heading for SANG and I never wouldve caught it.

I was carrying a 20' piece of rope hooked between the jet sled and the shanty and the wind was gusting so hard that was blowing me and all the kack down the ice....im sure it was quite a sight!!

Me and a buddy were out from 2-7pm fished 4-5fow clear til the last foot a little cloudy. Caught a handfull of perch, 3 gills, and two bass!! Saw a lot of largemouth in the hole probably 6-7 of them, but not many convicts...largest was 10 1/2.........Wind was a HOWLING!!!!:eek::eek:

Thanks to the guy that grabbed our spud we left out there!! We were on our way back out there at dark when he walked up with it in hand. Saved us a nice cold walk:mad::mad:...Thanks again:):):):)
