Fished sunday close to mitchells bay ice was pretty good but had to be careful. Fished from 8-1 and did alot of hole jumping but ended up with some decent fish.

I love seeing pics from Mitchell's about the time everyone is posting threads with theories about why there's no big fish in the Lake...

What a different world it is over there. And don't anybody give me any crap about how it's because there's too much fishing pressure in the US, or all the fish are dead on the bottom because some diver saw them there, or they grow quicker in Canada, etc.

That side of the lake is just the place to be in the winter. Period.

But I'll keep playing with our eight inchers. Nice job on the fish.
