I have been a builder for 17 years now and now my last straw was open-heart surgery.:help: I have a two story home located in Bay City MI. I am looking for someone that would be interested in fixing my facia and installing four pieces of gutter. Looking at about fifty ft. of facia damage. All material bought just install it. NOW THE KICKER. Our funds are low from this terriable year but am willing to give a week-end of fishing on our lake for crappie that has produced crappies every year for 35yrs. Stay at my place five bedroom log cabin right on the lake or at the one and only place in town. Bring your own boat or ride with me. Docking available. Troll during the evening hours and catch a few walleye ( I can almost guarantee it) pike all day long. not the biggest but fun. got a 36 1/2 pike last year thru the ice actually my Jenna caught it.
