That figures!!!! I find something to get my lazy @ss off of the couch and it smashes the family jewels.

After 10 years of pretty solid riding, no wonder the only kids my wife and I have all have four legs (alright, no jokes!!!) and I'm only 30.

Anyway, there's a risk to everything even doing nothing, too bad it had to be to THAT part of the body. I guess I'll stand more during my next race:D

Maybe a visit to an urologist is in order. They should be able to tell you within a few days if there is a problem. You may have to start running 10K's to stay in shape.
