My husband has been trying to find a job for a couple of years. The temp places wont give him a chance because they cannot verify his last 2 jobs that he had over the last 10 yrs. Reason being they closed up and don't know where the owners went.

He has over 20 yrs working on concrete doing sidewalks, curbs, driveways, steps and even leveled a basement floor. He can do asphalt repair and seal-coat covering.

He loves working outdoors and is a hard worker just looking to help support his family. He has a couple of references now. Looking for long term work, but will take any small jobs or work that comes his way. Just a hardworking honest guy trying to do an honest day's work.

He has his own pickup and license and most tools needed for the job or access to them.

Free estimates. We live in Ossineke but he would not mind traveling a bit for some decent work.

If interested, PM myself or send an email to cleveland.mcswain@gmail.com and I will give you the our phone number if you wish to talk to him.

*he isnt a computer guy so either way you will get me and then to him. LOL. Shawn's met him so he could prob vouch for his personality. :D

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Yes, I will vouch for him, the economy up here sucks doesn't it?(everywhere for that matter) I will keep my ears open and if I hear of anything I will let you know. I have met him and fished with him a few times last fall (and hopefully again this spring), I would not hesitate to hire him to do a job for me.

Dont have that stuff anymore. Apt above us had a sewer line break that leaked down into our apt ruining a LOT of stuff including tax records and he never saved pay stubs. But we were also told that thats still not proof of what he did there. We were told that a W2 only proves that he did work for said company, not whether or not he did construction work or just mopped floors. Its been a HUGE hassle. Thanks.

If any one needs any cabins checked on every now and then or making sure food plots and trees have water, lawn mowing, other stuff like that within 60ish miles of Alpena, let us know. Can work out some sort of payment agreement.

I'll forward this to my parents, they are building a house in Black River right down 23 from you guys. Not sure if they have a concrete sub already lined up or not but if not I will suggest that they get ahold of you.
