Selfridge 2-08-09

[Gottafish!]

Fished Selfridge down near the barricks Sunday all day. Started out deeper and only saw (1) fish in two hours. Moved into about 3-4' of water and saw fish. They pretty well had lockjaw. Some fish were larger, but nothing was interested in anything. Minnows, Spikes, Wax Worms, every jig in the box, but no takers. Forgot the spear:(

Fished Hall Rd and the end of Selfridge in about 5 FOW about 500 yards out and got nothing first light.
Moved to Harley Ensign DNR on South River Road. Walked out about 1/2 mile...Fished in 5 FOW and had the same luck.
Here's the tally. O convicts. O bites. 12 Minnows used. 12 grubs used. 1 grilled hamburger eaten. 1 grilled hot dog eaten. 1 slip and fall on the ice.
