I wanted to give you guys a heads up. I saw a few posts on here lately about guys "wishing they had a machine" to go to Erie. My buddy, who lives at the Islands, has been walking out off of Catawba to fish them. He's walking less than a mile. Saturday, he and a buddy got 12 in a half day. Fish have been running 3 to 8 pounds.
Jigging swedish pimples fairly aggressively.

Catawba is not really a Island,,,if you want to go to the islands ,,fly ,air-boat ,snowmobile,ATV

Catawba is on the mainland.
Rt 2 East to Rt 53 North.
2 hours from St. Clair
