Fished Hubbard lake last weekend for the first time ever. Fished the north end in 60 feet of water anywhere from 2 to 7 feet off the bottom. We had a good bite in the morning with some sub legal fish and a few keepers in the mix. We did not kill'em but it was nice to catch a few having never fished there before. I was using one tip up with 4lb test and one spinning set up in the shanty both with a small hook and a split shot and shiners. ended up with 5 keepers and 2 little ones and probably as many missed or lost fish. It was a cold weekend but a good time none the less.
