Brest Bay 1-25 report

Fished this a.m. from about 8-noon, saw one fish on the camera. We were the closest to the point in about 15 FOW. My fishing buddy lost it, then he hit mine and I got him. That was the only fish that we saw all morning. Late report had it that fish were seen in shallower water under snowbanks. I'm guessing you'll see a few good pm reports today.

Ill be out in the morning. It'll be my first time on lake Erie for ice fishing. Hope I can figure out what I'm doing. Beginners luck maybe. Haha

I went out of Brest Bay this afternoon and no was catching anything, I talked to at lest 5 guys and only one of them had one fish.

Had four guys out yesterday and caught 1 about 18 inches and saw a few on the cam. This is the usual slow time for Brest Bay but i expect it to pick up this week sometime.

I'm out at Brest Bay right now, action is so good I have time to look up MS on a Blackberry. Have not marked a fish since 745am. About 10 other shanties out today.

that sucks to hear . i want to get my sled out there with some fishin buddies but its not happenin for anyone it seems.

Looks like litg8r read where we were. Like I said, I think 100% that is was just luck that day. If fishindude644 is having slow days you know that the fish are not there. How did the open water look? Still a large opening around 2.6 miles out?
