New Baltimore

I'm heading out tomorrow, thinking about New Baltimore park . Anybody have any reports from their or how the ice is. Appreciate any info.

I was there earlier this week. About 7" of ice. I got about a half dozen dinks. Seen a good size pike, though. After that(about noon), everything shut down for the rest of the day.

Not sure if its still going on but they had a big tent set-up for some kind of festival??:sad:

So im thinkin that parking will be scarce if it is still happening..... So make sure to have a back-up plan just in case.....

Was that NB or fairhaven because they had a big tent setup Out a ways from Fair Haven Dnr access and the area the size of runway on the ice plowed.Some kind of ice racing maybe ?

There was definitely a large tent set up at the New Baltimore water tower. The street was closed off also... I always drive by the police department on my way home from work just to see how many people are fishing...And on Friday i couldn't get through. :sad:

I drove past the park at 2:30 this afternoon and the big white tent was still there and most of the parking was taken up by the tent.
