Spillway

Fished from 7am until the bite DIED around 2ish. Nothing over 6" was caught from anyone on the spillway( Not 1 keeper). Fished 1 rod minnows and another jigging a fire tiger rapala round 100 dinks for me with most caught on the rapala.
Fished it 6-16" off the bottom with 16" jerks above that. They wanted it fast as I'd only pause 3 seconds between jerks.
My Buddy had about the same results using same set up.
I'm gonna hold off another week before going back out. They'll show up sooner or later. We had fun seeing who could catch the smallest :lol:
Still lots of slush bring some good boots.

I drove past the spillway today, and seen two guys fishing there, must have been you guys......was thinking of trying it there,but not now, thanks for the report!!!!!!!:D

Saw 2 guys first thing this morning,, making a BEE-LINE for the Spillway(at least that looked like where they were going)......:16suspect

We were in a shanty all day Friday. Alot of people came and went. The 3rd time we moved had alot of the dinks in it. Alot of the holes I drilled had no fish.
