how deep of water should i try to find and or where at by ginos' has been the best fishing been a year since i've been there

Since no one wants to reply, I will give it a shot. It seems from the reports that 6-7 fow would be your best bet.

Look at the thousands of shanties, scan the ice for large fish in numbers outside of shanties and fish somewhere around there. lol

All kidding aside, anywhere off shore is good around there. Try and stay away from the pack because with this excellent infomration I just gave you here, you are sure to hook them JUMBOS all day long and you dont want peeps all up in your grille stealin' your fishin' hole!! :chillin:

I used to fish the launch at Crocker 50 times per winter and my magic number was almost always 11-12 feet deep approx. 1.5 miles of walking.
Walleyes and jumbos. The Feb.-March period you could do well much closer.

thanks for the help i went out and tried all over but it was a lot of bass a few pike and small muskie the big perch didn't want to bite and some nice gills
