Ideas for places

I'm looking for suggestions for areas to go this weekend for fishing. Gut tells me to hop in the truck and travel to say Lexington or somewhere where I get get a few friggin fish. Plan on hitting Mitchell's around mid to late Feb, and I'm getting in a stagnant mood. Need somewhere new.
Any suggestions?????? Preferably no gill spots.

They are supposed to be catching lakers in Caseville right now.

Well if your going to fish Lexington get there early as posible.The bite is best between daylight till about 10 am or so.Buddy of mine was there yesterday very slow no fish that he seen.Lexington is very hit or miss,Theres fish in there but finding the right key to unlock their mouths into opening up and eating is a difficult task.

i was in lexington today. Caught 30 perch only 2 of which 8.5" lot of 6 and 7 inchers and a whole lot more 3-4 "rs. I almost didnt even get out of my truck there was 25 vehicles in the lot. I braved it anyways and just stayed clear of the herd. I was there from about 9:30 - 2:30. I talked to 2 guys and that seemed to be the theme dink a dink dink.

there has been more people fishing during the middle of the week this year than I have ever seen in years past.
