Finally, Some Keepers at Gino's

Caught 15 keepers between 1 and 3 today in front of gino's, about half way between gino's and beacon cove. 1/2 mile out, in 12 fow. Ficious jigs and waxworms. Lot's of people were catching nice size fish. Still caught a few dinks, but not near as many as the last few weeks.

I think he would have to be out at least a mile to get to that depth.

Thanks for posting, I'll be out tomorrow and starting at Gino's heading towards Crocker. I'll be out by 7am with radio, call on #7... I had to take a day off, well deserved... Fishing till 1PM..... I'll post when done.

How was the ice out there? I had 12" about 3/4 mile out the other day, only a few people out farther.

Trudgin' through the snow, dragging a loaded sled, it seemed like 10 miles. You guys are right, it was probably more like 3/4 of a mile to a mile. Going back out this afternoon, hopefully they're still there.:p

:lol: Not very often that someone "under-estimates" the distance they walked...:lol: I tried out there today,,, nothing,, marked a few but that was about it.
