Coconut shrimp !!

The best shrimp Ive ever tasted is so easy to make its funny!
I think it would work with fish nuggets like catfish or anything in that texture too.

1 bag ready to cook shrimp( deshelled and de mudded)
1 bag of sweetened shredded coconut
flour
water

mix some flour with water till a pancake batter texture. Add a little salt and pepper to the batter, roll raw shrimp in batter then roll in coconut. Brown till golden in vegetable oil. Eat

We also make a coconut dipping sauce for this recipe. Get some cream of coconut (in the mixed drink section) for making pina coladas. Put some in a small bowl and mix in some milk until it is dipping sauce consistancy. Add some shredded coconut and your done. Dip your coconut shrimp and enjoy!
