Just tried this Thursday, you need......
2 goose breast halfs (could also use duck or venison)
1 can mushroom soup
1 package of onion soup mix
1 tbl spoom oil
1 cup water

Cut goose into bite size pieces and brown with oil in skillet. After it's been browned dump skillet into slow cooker. Sprinkle onion soup mix over browned goose, mix water and mushroom soup together and poor over browned goose. Let cook for 6 to 7 hours on low and serve over cubed boiled potatos.

Duck and goose are particularly good with a fruit sauce. My wife discovered the use of Raspberry Vinegarette dressing in the slow cooker. Brown the bird, put it in the slow cooker (just before going to bed), add 2 to 4 TBSP of the Raspberry Vinegarette dressing, put the cooker on low and let it cook for 10 hours. The next day, the meat is exceptionally moist and tender and has a wonderful raspberry flavor that brings out the natural flavor of the duck or goose meat.
