1st Brisket

My first shot at doing brisket. A big thanks to Spanky who got the meat and also provided some great tips.

All in all I think it turned out ok. Family really chowed down. Well mainly my daughters boyfriend.

I have been thinking about doing a few butts this week while I am off. Looks good from what I can see!

Spanky, put it on around 9am. The flat came off first at around 3 I think. I wrapped the other end and took it to 200. Came off around 5.
