unless you like walking 1 to 1.5 miles in deep snow , or you know somebody that lives at the bay ... your not coming out. The slob fisherman ruined our access at ford yacht club. You can park at the apartments on frechmans canal and walk it from there.---good luck.

Wyandotte Hospital: There is a marina there. I usually park just outside the gate and walk in. You can park inside the marina, but I dont because I dont want to cause any problems with the marina or get locked in.

Last year I caught dinks by the thousands there. This year I didnt even see any dinks or anything. Water is a little cloudy.

Erie was open water last week and there are 3 boats still parked in the marina with bubblers. Ice thickness tapers drastically around those areas.

Until I hear otherwise, Ive crossed this spot off my list of regulars.

can we try and keep this spot a "nameless" or a do not discuss in the open kind of spot? i know it's not the best of places, but as we all know there are a lot of lazy lurker's on here. maybe keep details about spots like this one and others local to grosse ille limited to pm's. maybe i'm being over protective, but just my .02
