Need some Oakland County Help

Hi, just moved out to Wixom earlier this year. Anybody have some suggestions as to where I can go for some good hard water fishing. Does anyone have any info about Wolverine Lake? It's just down the road from me and thought I would give it a try. I live out by wixom road and Glengary road. Any help would be great. Thanks

wolverine has pretty good gills and specks.....head to the right of the launch about 300 ..400 yards till you start hitting the drop off.....

Thanks guys. Sorry haven't gotten back sooner but had some computer issues. Went to the right of the launch but it must not have been far enough, bunch of dinks.
