panko bread crumbs !! .... i think i need an oxygen mask ! I AM FULL- a limit of gills down the hatch ! isnt this what its all about ? thanks to capnhook - jay jay mo - and the recipe thread awhile ago ! i made sure to take out pin bones and layed fillets on paper to dry somewhat and used selfrising flour for first dip and lay a few- then egg and some milk mixed then another bag full of panko bread crumbs .... dip into egg wash then rolled around in panko crumbs- get oil 350 degrees and fry bout 4 minutes ........ get ready to eat like a king !! .... i used no seasoning at all so put in what you like ( i did add some grated parmesan cheese to panko ) :corkysm55:corkysm55:corkysm55

My wife discovered Panko bread crumbs a while back. No question the best. Don't be afraid to try a little beer in the liquid portion.
Panko works great on chicken too!

I've got the inside connection...We get it in a 20# bag and split it amongst a few of us!!! Best fish there is!! My family also loves to on the final dip into Panko....mix in shredded coconut with the panko!!!! Excellent!!! Just like Coconut shrimp!!
