Lake Le Ann

Has anyone fished Lake Le Ann by MIS? I think it is private but not sure. Never fished it so I am not sure if it is any good or not. I have access and was thinking about heading out this Saturday. I was also wondering how the ice is down there. Safe for a snowmobile this weekend? Thanks!

I have fished it a few times in the summer for bass/panfish. Have done well. which are you fishing? upeer or lower?

Will be fishing South. Most interested in Ice thickness to make sure it is safe to take my snowmobile out. I hear guys are taking quads out so I assume it is safe. I dont think there is any flowing water through there. Any hazards I need to be aware of? Thanks!

RatherBFishN, Please post you result, if you would. I haven't fished there in years, but we used to just kill em there in the summer. In the 70's. It will be interesting to see if it's still any good. I have no access anymore, but just interested. Thanks Capnhook

My inlaws live on the south lake so I spend quite a bit of time there. The south lake (more of a sports lake) was weed treated a few years ago and they used a bit to much chemical and it pretty much killed off the fishery but it's on the rebound now. The north lake hasn't been treated and the fishery is pretty good for pike and gills.
