Not sure if there are two Hudson Lakes or not, so just disregard the "Lenawee Co" if there is only one.

Anyhow, I'm hopefully going to get out there tomorrow for some perch and crappie. Most of the times at Hudson, a majority of fish you catch are crappie, but in the 4-6" range. Don't get me wrong, you catch numbers, but they're all small.

Where should I be fishing for the larger crappie? Any baits in particular o try?

The best answer that I could give you is to get bait just south of Adrian at Madison Market on M-52 and ask the guy that runs it. I know he used to ice fish it a lot and does quite well. I fish it in the summer but do be careful as I hear that ice conditions can be strange in spots even with the brutal cold
