Wanted- Contractor to Build Foundation

Before handing this off to a local contractor, I thought I would first make this available to anyone that needs some work. I need a small area cleared and a post/beam foundation built on my property for my cabin. Local building codes for Chippewa County (whitefish township) will need to be met. I want to get the building set soon after the snow leaves so the foundation will need to be in place by then. Distance from the bridge is about 1 hour north..

This could also lead into some finish work, including eletrical, plumbing, interior walls, doors and installing fixtures (lights, cabinets, sinks, toilet, shower, ect..).
