Lake missaukee

I would like to head up there for a weekend and rent some place. Any suggestions and fishing reports/tips would be very much appreciated!! Do I need to bring my sled or quad?

Over 12 inches of ice out there. That was before this cold came in too. I fished early morning for walleye and didnt get a bite.

I can't help with the fish, but there are & have been trucks all over the ice.
13" of ice where I was in the middle of the lake as of Sunday.

I don't know if this helps or not but thought I'd throw it out there. I haven't been up to my place in a few months and I want to hit the ice on Missaukee sometime soon myself.
