Emmy Award winning Inside Base Camp to feature special Ted Nugent interview Friday, November 22, at 7:30pm &10:30pm Eastern time on National Geographic channel

I just saw this 7:30 interview. This has to be the best interview I have ever seen of him. This is a must see for all sportsmen. He is just great!

MH~ Just curious, are you just a big Nuge fan or did he really put together a good interview without bells and whistles.....I think when he wants to, he can be articulate and speak with passion our hunting and conservative beliefs.......If it was a clean interview, I wonder if he isn't posturing for a life in politics.....I truely believe if nuge got serious he could do well.....just a thought.......

I have met Ted a few times and he's down to earth as anyone. But let's look at a few facts: Here's a guy that is recognized nationwide as a 'Hunter'. He certainly is listened to by younger people and has an articulate (meaning he gets down to real words) way of telling the story that we might like to get out to people. He is appearing on national networks and shows and passing on a down to earth message. Now I am not sure but I have not seen anyone else that is appearing and getting the hunting message to so many people. It seems to me that if young people are becoming interested in hunting and the outdoors and some people have a much more positive view of the hunting world then I think we have a major plus in Ted's appearances.
I respect Ted for what he is doing and certainly hope he continues. If there is another sportsman who can gather such audiciences then let them come forward. For now you have Ted.

Yeah, that was a good interview, he wasn't kissing his own @$$ this time...but there was still anti-hunter jabs, Ted stumbled on one of them, but he told it like it was...I still wouldn't watch Nat'l Geographic due to their anti-hunter atmosphere! I like what he said about the Tuna!
