The last time I saw Charlie he was on the 4 wheeler Make-A-Wish gave him when he was first diagnosed with cancer. Charlie lost his fight this morning. I believe he was 22.
Charlie loved the story/song of The Legend or Dogman from WTCM in Traverse City. I hope they will play it for him when I call it in.
May you rest peacefully in the hands of the lord.

If his Make-a-wish was in the outdoors it sounds like the kind of wish I would have.

Prayers to his friends and family.

When I last saw Charlie during the summer of 2008 he mentioned he would have to hunt from the ground. When they removed bone from his lower leg and replaced it with cadaver bone, it was not healing. Charlie had to wear a brace.
Unbeknownst to Charlie, some "Classless kids of South Boardman" stole my ladder stands, so neither one of us would be able to use them.:(
For a young man, Charlie had Class. Charlie would have turned 21 on January 30 of 2009.
