I know people that live in there, the DNR usually dosen't bother you if you have access. thanks for letting me now of the fuzz though:lol:

i have been in there a few times, last time was 2 weekends ago. as long as you walk over from b-burg on the ice i dont see how you are tresspassing.

I agree, I always thought if you get into the canals through the lake it was legal? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong......:help:

This is correct. The sub is also not private. In fact, last year the police officer had to tell a home owner that last year. He told us to just not park by that guys house to avoid any conflict and caryy on! They threatened to call the cops so we did. We werent crossing any property by accessing over the gardrail on to the rocks. The sign in front was bought and put in by a homeowner so i was told. im tired of people thinking they own the water they live on. i understand where they are coming from when they see people littering and going to the bathroom, but not all of us are ike that!

Maybe we should drag a bunch of old ratty looking wood shanty's into the canals there and just leave em there until end of the season! :D JK.... But it would be funny to see the reactions if a shanty town was to spring up on their perfect little canals! priceless! :lol:
