Well,less than 24 hours to go and thing are looking good!:)
Chili is made, hot dogs and buns are here and cold cuts w/ fresh bread, and all is in place. :corkysm55
I have parking for approx. 40 cars, :yikes: and unlimited parking on the ice.
There may be an ice boat for rides. and maybe we will have a contest.:idea:
How bout' biggest perch for a buck by length???:fish:

It sure was cool to put some faces to names. It was FANTASTIC of Sly and his wife to open up their home to us. I kept on thinkin' to myself, "I hope the kids don't break that, or that, or that.":lol: Really though, my kids loved it and it was GREAT how you went out of your way with em! The fishing was REAL slow, but both of the kids caught at least one (even if it was just on the 'Reel Fishing' game:dizzy:). My daughter said she saw more fish today than she EVER has. Thank you very much for opening up your home to so many snow covered people. My friend Norm and I had a great time and it was great for me to be able to put a face to a name. It was nice meeting many of you and those I missed I hope to meet another day.

We all realize how much time and effort goes into the planning and organizing to make a such a great party. All the food was great and I really loved your chili. You really have a beautiful view of the bay.

BTW, it was a good call that you followed through with today rather than switching to next Saturday. The weather turned out to be good, no wind, great day.

Damm, I wish I could have made it. No excuse will do, but with my fatherly and husband duties await me in the morning, I had to do what I had to do. I'm a long time reader, but seldum writer, but would have loved to me alot of ya fellas and had a blast. Hope you had fun and will better plan to make it next year. Zatarain's makes a real good fish fry mix. Not a heavy coating, great seasoning. Should check it out. Really nice with some malt vinegar.

Bryon some of them were on the "Glow Bug Eye" till I lost the only one I had with me (note to self make another "Ficious" order) then I tied on the Sylvester "Meat & Greet" special that Harry made for the party that I have and you dont cause you were`nt there, and did very well with that, The "Glow Purple" was hot again probly put back as many as I kept. Again I want to thank "Sly" and Mrs. Sylvester" for a wonderfull day. Mike

Hey, my good buddy Jim, I have tried Zatarains it`s pretty good, try it on chicken wings too. I usually use drakes thin it out and add 7-UP or beer to make it light. I`m looking forward to trying out that hot sauce on a few different things, I used to work with a lady from Thailand that used to make a sweet curry hot sauce that my wife and I loved and yours reminded me of hers.
