SYSTEM INCLUDES:

- Wildlife Materials TRX-10S reciever, 219 frequency.
- Large Yagi 3 attenna with wicks carrying case
- Small mini 2 attenna with carrying case
- (4) Johnson Telemetry ultra light collars (4 oz.), 219 freq. These are the sealed battery style.
- Wall charger & car charger

Receiver unit is aprox. 6 years old and was sent in to Wildlife materials last year for a complete "tune up" and works like the day I bought it. All (4) Johnson collars are 2.5 years old and were sent in to Johnson last year to have the batteries replaced and should still have 1500 hours of battery life left (batteries can be replaced by sending to Johnson Telemetry for I believe $25 per collar). Collars have 10-12 mile line of sight range. I have $1,200 wrapped up in the is sytem and will sell for $500.00, shipping cost not included. Again this unit is in perfect working condition and I still use it regularly. Reason for sale is that I am wanting to upgrade to the new Garmin unit.

The cost for new bat. is much more than 25 it will be closer to 50 and these collars will get about 6 miles. They say 10 or 12 but it will not get it. I have had this same unit and know what it will do and will not do.

Sorry Tanner, cost to replace the batteries on the collars when sent to Johnson is $29 per collar (just found the receipt that shows it). The 10-12 mile range is LINE OF SIGHT, this verbage comes directly from Johnson's website. Everyone who knows anything about tracking collars or shock collars knows that Line of Sight is how they are rated and under normal conditions you cannot expect to get that range. But I have tracked dogs 8 miles away with these collars on more than one occasion in the U.P Michigan where cover is thick.

Tanner unless you are interested in buying the tracking system I would appreciate you keep your negative comments about what you think you know off my post.

Again as I stated in my original post there is not a single thing wrong with this sytem and I still use it regularly. I will give anyone who buys it a money back gurantee on it.

Well if you can get them done for 29 dollars you are the only one that can. Just got 2 back and the charge was 97 dollars plus shipping from johnson. As far saying something neg. I did not I just told the truth about these units. I dont want to see someone buy a unit thinking it will get 12 miles when as you say we all know it will not. I would think sence you know it wont you wound not say it would get the 12 miles to start with. You aslo might want to keep this unit if you are looking at the garmin as I have that unit also. The garmin is a good training tool but is not much of a tracker. Most guys are still putting a old style tracking collar on their dog alone with the garmin. This tells me they think the same as I think of the garmin. Now if your dog never gets far away then you may like it but if your dogs get deep you will not like it.
