Yup....on the east side of Anchor Bay its plenty clear for spearing, and they come in the hole often.

ok, please excuse my laziness and refresh my memory on spearing perch outside of LSC. Is it allowed on inlands?

Nope!!!! In Michigan lake st.clair is the only place your legal to spearing perch. Jan & feb only!! But next year from what I understand dont quote me, but I belive the season is going to be extended from Dec thru march..
