OK people on the Westside of the state of Michigan. My daughter’s firm is looking for contractors to work with- in the following counties . She lives on the eastside of the state and needs people to work for her company. She asked me if I knew Anybody on the Westside and I thought to post here for the hard times we all have. Let’s help the ones we know . So here are the counties and her email to send your resume to her. You can carry on with her and find out all the details of the work. I know it has to do with apartment buildings that need fixing. So good luck to you all.

Muskegon, Ottawa, Kent, Ionia, Clinton, Allegan, Barry, Eaton, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Branch, St. Joseph, Cass & Berrien

You might want to edit them. They aren't repairing apartments. We are looking for contractors for maintenance and preservation for homes and reo's (aka bank owned).

Thanks for your help!

Sorry, I was wrong about that, she has a new job now!!!

Hi all....motcityman is my dad, and he posted this job for me. I guess I should have signed up earlier!

In regards to the eastside work, ship me an email with your resume (to the one listed in the original post) as that's my work email, and I'll get it to the appropriate people. We're not doing as much hiring locally, but we're always keeping our eyes open. If you've got experience, and a truck, then the prospect of getting an interview are GOOD!

If you need more info, pm me off the forum, or just email me!

Thanks for your interest!

Ange

We don't really hire just "help" per say, but here is a little bit of what our guys do.

Bi-weekly and weekly yard maintenance
Board ups
Clean outs
Drywall repair
Electrical work
Evictions
Floor coverings
Furnace and A/C work
Inspection service, including digital photos

Lock box installation
Painting services
Rekey
Roof replacement and repair
Secure
Rehabs
Winterizations
Yard Clean-ups

There's a lot more that they do, but this is just a general run down.

I just wanted to follow up to this post. I haven't been around, as I'm extremely busy with work and school full time.

In regards to the contractors - if you have submitted your resume to my email, it has been forwarded. Management is reviewing any information sent to them. I, in no way, shape or form, have any input as to who they talk to, or decide to hire. I'm just the middle-woman, so to speak.

If you have not received a response, it does not mean we did not get your information. We receive hundreds of emails, calls and faxes daily. Management is being extremely selective, and currently focusing on finding independent contractors who are located on the west side of the state.

If you live on the east side of the state, and submitted your resume, it has been received. We are staffed for eastern Michigan currently. If we have an opening become available, they will review resumes received.

Again, I'm just the messenger at this point....and we appreciate everyone who has submitted their information.
