White Lake - Jan. 5th (pics)

Went fishing on White Lake on Monday January 5th. Got 22 perch most around 8-9 inches. Last two were between 10.5-11 inches. These were taken after being scaled.

Yep, ice seems to be pretty good 5-6 inches. VERY slippery haha, my buddy slipped yesterday and split his head open, BE CAREFUL!

Ice sounds pretty good, we plan on hitting the west end of Mooskegon Friday...

I've never taken out a sled or a quad on the ice but there is 5 inches of black ice with about a half inch of white ice on top. There was 5 inches of snow on top of that today.

Went back out to the post office this afternoon and caught two 6 inch perch in 3 hours. Didn't want any sort of jigs, tried a small swedish pimple and got some bites on that but it was a pretty unsucessful day...
