Lakes in the Davison area?

I am rather new to the area and would like to know of any lakes in or near Davison that have public access and decent fishing?

Try Halloway, up by the cemetary......stay in the channel and you will do very well with wally's.

Hi pounterguy you can try Nepessing lake in lapeer too just head east on 69 till you get to lake Nepessing rd. it is not far less than 10 miles to Lake nepessing rd.. Take a right on Nepessing rd. go down to Hunt rd. take anather right and just follow the road around till you get to the boat lounch. If you go straight out from the launch till you are even with the restaurant on your right there is a deep spot some were around there good place to start.

You can get lake map book by Sportsman's connection the Southeast Michigan one covers most of the lakes with public access in the area and the maps have depth charts I got mine at Gander mountain about 20 bucks there nice.
