Ficious Jigs

Have been watching ficious jigs with interest. Are they retailed in SW michigan. Which is best for blugill. What is the best way to tie them on? Thanks for any help. Ron

I pretty much fish for gills and crappies on LSC lately. My personal favorites are the Glow Green Bug Eye, Chartruese Bug Eye, Glow Okwa Bug Eye and last but not least the Glow Purple in the Originals. I use a loop knot to give them more freedom to move. It's a hobby gone wild, I can't make enough to supply bait shops, it's everything I can do to keep my site stocked.

Many of my products are sold out at the moment, I'm working to get some of the patterns up soon, possibly midweek. This will be mostly Lil' Minnies and Special Feature Originals. There will be a new product on this page this time too, Glow Neon Tiger Minnie. I paint jigs for both the glow and non-glow view, the Neon is mostly for the glow side. Glow purple body, glow yellow stripes, invisible orange belly, glow white/black eyespot, red gill slit.

Nice quality material. I know all the hooks are hand soldered on and each jig is hand painted one at a time individually.:coolgleam

I held out until this year on purchacing them, and let me tell ya, they are worth it...
the oringals are the perfect size for blue gilling.... the quality is top line...
I just have so many other jig's to use. but I broke down this year and bought a good stock of them.... in the colors that Mr. Ficious as mentioned....
I have been out fishing my fishing buddy's the last few day with them....
Its most likely a few thing that makes them perform better than most Jig's
the glow paint, the way they fall[ it seems that they plane off to the side with a little shimmy wiggle and then falls back to the center of the hole] and when using the loop knot give them more action...
