Hi all -
Am new in here ... what a great site!
I am looking for wild game recipes I can publish in a small book I'm putting together ... I live in the mountains of NM and have heard people saying they get tired of making their deer, elk, etc the same way ... but I was thinking that any "tips" for dressing and storing would be a good thing to include.
What I would like is "donated" recipes and/or tips ... you will get a copy of the book, though, if you'd like ... as this will be the first "edition" it might not be anything too fancy, but your name'll be in it!
If you have a recipe/tip I can use, please email it to nmgypsy2002@yahoo.com and include the following information:
- Full name and address (so I can send you the book later!)
- Written permission to use this recipe
- Recipe with title
- Where you got the recipe or if you "invented" it, it came from grandma, etc.
If you have any questions, please email them direct to me as I won't be able to check on here every day.
