My father is in town, SNG is our favorite spot to ice fish. Anyone been out there? Looking for info, long drive for us.

Plenty of ice there, well today there was. 5-6" ice. Fished in shallow along shoreline and then moved out to 5-6 foot of water- everywhere from right at mouth of DNR launch/canal to half way to the barracks with the same results....a few dinks. Water is very cloudy. Can only see a few feet down. Talked to numerous guys out there with the same result. Hmmm. Frustrating. Good luck.
