only the kooks were out today :)
i caught about 10 keeper gills...i could see the fish so i avoided the dinks...i also went 0 for 3 on the pikes...saw 6 pike 3 hooked up all three sawed off the 2 lb fireline like it was nothing...had the drag nice and loose but got cut off 3 in a row...lost some nice ratfinkee's too... its still a gas lookin at that gator under there...couple of the pikees were over 30 inches...they kept a lot of gills out of the hole on me...
the water came up 6 inches in the wind and flooded the whole canal
the slush stuck to the bottom of the trap making it almost unpullable...luckily i was in a canal right behind my brothers...only had 80 yds to go.
all in all one great morning and made a new buddy...mooched a beer off of him too...mr slyvester :D
