Food food food. In my area (Hillsdale County and Lenawee County) I have only seen them heading straight for food the last 2 weeks. With our deep snow (fell yesterday), they are no longer using food plots and hay fields. I am lucky to still have some standing corn so they are in there. Also I am seeing them in a picked bean field.

I would hunt an area that they are feeding at. Or on one of their travel routs to a feeding area. This time of year food is important. Wheather conditions could effect their feeding times IMO so you might have to hunt closer to a bedding area if you are expecting movement later in the day or earlier in the morning. I prefer to hunt closer to bedding areas in the morning because where I hunt the deer are feeding in cut corn or bean fields and I don't want to spook them by being to close to them before light. Good luck I hope this helps a bit.
