In America, it would be required, or at least strongly recommended, that the owners of such craft take a boater's safety class, before actually piloting either of those two boats. We have LAWS, and are expected to follow them. But in lots of the World, there are no such laws, or requirements, and anyone with enough money can buy a boat, or car, or whatever, and then they just figure the rest out. And this is what happens. Most of those places don't require insurance, either, so this is a very costly mistake for both parties. This reminds me of the phrase, "they have more money than brains."

Darned nice impact, though. It really rocked that smaller boat, and it isn't really all that small.

It would be nice if the two insurance companies got a copy of the video as it shows careless boat operation on both parties.
Might serve them right if insurance claims were denied.
