I found out about condensation in my new Frabill Recon DLX this weekend.
Looks like folks have used reflectix aluminum foil bubble wrap to reduce the effects.
I was thinking of buying some for the roof of my shack.
Question...other than running it between the roof and poles, would I be able to tape the edges with the aluminum foil tape and have it stick to the tent even in cold weather? Any experience using it?

Go to Wal Mart and pick up a cheap painters drop cloth. The PLASTIC ones. They're next to nothing and you can make more than one out of each sheet. Cut it so it hangs down about 6 inches or so on EACH side of the shanty. Set your shanty up and then take out the pre-cut piece and place it on the INSIDE of the shanty and between the roof fabric and the poles. Just let it hang down on the sides of the poles.
For like 5 or 6 bucks you can make 4 or 5 or maybe more for that size....they fold up next to nothing and when placed in a zip seal gallon bag they stay dry. Throw them in the shanty tub and they're always there.............
You don't need all that fancy stuff as the plastic WILL keep you dry as a bug in a rug..............as all the water runs off the back and sides........I think I picked up on this tip from www.iceshanty.com...... last year.........
Just a tip.............good luck..
I have one package out in the garage thats like 10X20 and it only cost like $2.87..........can make about 6 or 8 out of that one piece. Cutting mine out tomorrow...lol
