Finished winterizing my boat last night. Had to bring it in to the service shop again this year - the motor was smoking a little more than I thought it should. Some new valves and o-rings on the oil pump, should be set for next year (with a lighter wallet!). Bring on the hard water! LOL;)

I was holding out for at least one more walleye trip, but it just didn't happen. Deer season Friday, steelhead have to start soon, and I really do like that ice fishing.:) So much to do, so little weekend.

My nephew talked me into going deer hunting this year so I was going to winterize also. Went out scouting the woods and can't wait to get out hunting. Lucky for me I am hunting in Lenawee Co. It is illegal to gun hunt in Lenawee Co. on Sundays. I know it's not but in my mind this law is made for fisherman. Hunting on Sat. fishing on Sun.
