raccoon fun run

ok so i was reading the fun run for rabits well i have two coonhounds one will run with other hounds the other is only 4-months old but i would like to set up some kind of raccoon get together just to show are dogs off and have a good time if anyones intrested let me kno theres lots of places we could go

i live in oxford but theres stateland EVERYWHERE theres some good land in grayling i have a deer camp there but if anyone has a place they want to go im willing to bring my hounds some venison and a barbie and if no one has any objections id like to bring my camera and we could do a video for fun just let me hear some ideas you can e-mail me at gigocatcher@aol.com or call me at 248-904-5058

i have hunted up in that stateland in oxford before. Im in Livonia in only takes 40 minutes tops

yea i got three coon last night on oakwood but trapped not hounded my male only runs with other dogs and the female is too young yet

Right now I'm runnin' a male walker, and a young male bNt.. leopard pup Will get a chance come spring.

Can NOT wait for spring... I'm only runnin' 1-2 nights a week... if we get as much snow as they say I won't run till the next thaw.

i havn't been coon hunting in 25 yrs. back in the day when you could get 60.00 for a big old boar coon. how much are pelts going for now. i sure do miss the dogs running a track, then bingo the sweet sound of a tree bark.we use too run walkers, blue ticks and red bones.

I used to cooon hunt when I was a kid. I'm interested in doing a story about it for the Battle Creek Enquirer. If anyone is hunting somewhere in southern MI, please give me a call if you wouldn't mind me tagging along. It would make for a great story.
