This was a late season doe with the muzzleloader last year. I am counting down the days until the 12th gets here.

any deer i decide to take is a trophy in my book, doesn't matter if it's a buck/doe, big/small. Here two does i shot with my bow this year. The first was early october and the other was last night 12.6.08. Pretty cool hunt, it was a blizzard while hunting and over 2' snow already on the ground in SW mason county. Girlfriend was also able to help on her first tracking job and was more excited than me. Both deer taken w/ Ross 334, Maxima 250's, FOB's and tekan 3 100gr. heads. ;)

This is the biggest doe I've taken. A huge 3.5 year old Hillsdale Co. doe shot during the late antlerless season in '05. I don't know for sure how much she weighed but, for comparison, I'm on the left and I'm 5'11" and 210lbs.
