16 gauge tungsten shells

[Mr. 16 gauge]

I noticed a recent ad that showed Kent now offers a tungsten load in 16 gauge. I have never used tungsten, and was wondering if anybody out there has compared tungsten to bismuth (which is what I am currently shooting out of my 16 gauges), and which do you feel is more effective? I know both are better than steel. Thanks in advance.
