Where is grass lake located? How do you get to it?

94 to mt hope rd go south :)

then take rt on portage stop sign at end of rd take rt then will drive straight to park plenty of parking and easy access get on dnr sight and find map of lake

Exit 150, off I-94.

From Detroit;

Exit 150, Left at the stop sign. (Mt Hope)
First light will be in town, Turn Right. (Michigan Ave.)
Next light turn Right (Missy Little Grass Shack Bar) and follow this to the park and boat launch.

Don't stand near or accidentally drop anything that looks like litter, step foot on, or even go near the guys lawn whose house is right there at the launch or he'll go ballistic! (I think it's his only hobby)

From Lansing:

Same thing, only make a right off the highway.


Side note: There is a deep hole that the Pike seem to favor on the far backside (left side) of the island. Its in the middle and just shy of half way. Long walk, but seldom fished.
(I know its not a true island but that what everyone calls it.)
